ترويح عن النفس

النفس الإنسانية تمل من الجد و العمل

و يدخلها السأم من كثرة العمل

لهذا تجيز تعاليم الإسلام للإنسان أن يروح عن نفسه

من وقت الى آخر

باللهو المباح

و يمارس من الأنشطة الترويحية المباحة

ما يعود عليه بالفوائد الجسمية

والروحية

والعقلية

ويجدد نشاطه في الحياة

و يدفعه الئ مزيد من العمل و العبادة

و لنا في رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلام

أسوة حسنة

فقد كان يضحك

و يمزح بالقول الصادق

فقد قال له الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم

إنك لتداعبنا

فقال لهم صلى الله عليه و سلام إني لا أقول إلا الحقا

وقد روي عنه صلى الله عليه و سلام

أن أمرة عجوزا أنصارية

جاءته تقول

أدع الله أن يدخلني الجنة

فقال لها : يا أم فلان إن الجنة لا تدخلها خجوز

فأخذت  المرأة تبكي

فلما رأى ذلك منها تبسم 

وقال لها : أما قرأت قول الله تعالى : إنا أنشأناهن إنشاء فجعلناهن أبكارا

عربا أترابا

وجاء رجل يطلب منه أن يصدق عليه ببعير يركبه

فقال له رسول صلى الله عليه و سلام

إني حاملك على ولد الناقة

فقال له الرجل : يا رسول الله وما أصنع بولد الناقة

فقال له الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلام : وهل تلد الإبل إلا النوق؟

وكان الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم مع الجد و الاجتهاد

يتمازحون فيما بينهم

ويروحون عن أنفسهم

بممارسة بعض الأنشطة المباحة

و لم ينقص ذلك من أقدارهم

يقول علي بن أبي طالب : إن القلوب تمل كما تمل الأبدان فابتغوا لها طرائف الحكمة

و أجاز الاسلام من الأنشطة الترويحي

ما يتفق مع قيمه و أخلاقه و آدابه

و لم يجعل الهدف من ممارسة النشاط الترويحي

شغل أوقات الفراغ

بل جعل الهدف استثمار أوقات الفراغ ليجدد النشاط

و ليعين على الحياة

ليس معنى اباحة الترويح أن تصبح الحياة كلها هزلا

وأن تتغلب روح المرح على روح الجد

و تضيع تبعا لذلك عناصر القوة

و يتخلف المسلمون عن القيام بواجبهم

ويقضى على عوامل المحبة والأخوة بينهم

و يصبح المجتمج لاهيا علبثا

فالحياة أغلى من أن تضيع في لهو عابث

و تهدر في باطل لا خير من ورائه

لذلك يجب ألا يأخذ الترويح إلا قليلا من الوقت والجهد

إن السلام عندما أباح الترويح بالمزاح والمداعبة

لم يقصد بعض الأساليب المنتشرة في مجتمعاتنا المعاصرة التي تؤدي أحيانا الى إيذاء اللآخرين

عن طريق السخرية منهم

فالله سبحانه و تعالى ينهانا عن السخرية من اللآخرين

قال تعالى : يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا يسخر قوم من قوم عسى أن يكونوا خيرا منهم ولا نساء من نساء

عسى أن يكن خيرا منهن ولا تلمزوا أنفسكم ولا تنابزوا بالألقاب

كما حذرنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلام

من الكذب في المزاح و المداعبة

و عند إضحاك اللآخرين

فقال صلى الله عليه و سلام : ويل للذي يحدث فيكذب: ليضحك به القوم ويل له ويل له

Recreation

The human soul is devoid of seriousness and action

And enter the boredom of the multitude of work

This is why the teachings of Islam allow man to walk away from himself

From time to time

In permissible play

And practiced recreational activities permitted

What benefits him physically

And spiritual

And mental

And renews his activity in life

And paid more by worship and worship

And us in the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him and peace

Good example

He was laughing

And joking with sincere words

The Companions said to him, may God be pleased with them

You are to our hearts

He said to them peace be upon him and peace I do not say only later

It was narrated by the Prophet peace be upon him and peace

An old woman is an Assyrian

I came to him

I pray to God to enter Paradise

And he said to her: O mother, so that Paradise does not enter her into the cage

So the woman cried

When he saw this, she smiled

He said to her: Either I read the words of God Almighty: We created them created, Vglnhen Abkara

They are Arabs

A man came to ask him to believe him by a young man

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to him

I have custody of the child of the camel

The man said to him: O Messenger of God and what I do Balad camel

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to him: Do you give birth to camels except for the sunnah?

The Companions were pleased with them with the grandfather and diligence

They win among themselves

They go for themselves

Exercise some permissible activities

This did not diminish their predestination

Ali ibn Abi Talib says: "The hearts are as weary as they are, and they seek the temptations of wisdom."

Islam has been banned from recreational activities

Which is consistent with its values, ethics and etiquette

And did not make the goal of recreational activity

Take time off

Rather, the goal was to invest leisure time to renew activity

And to be appointed to life

The permissibility of recreation does not mean that all life becomes miserable

And that the spirit of fun prevail over the spirit of the grandfather

The power elements are lost accordingly

Muslims lag behind their duties

And eliminate the factors of love and brotherhood between them

The congregation becomes a goddess

Life is more precious than being lost in a mess

And waste in vain is no better than behind it

So recreation should take only a little time and effort

Peace is when it is permitted to entertain with jest and chastity

I did not mean some of the methods prevalent in our contemporary societies that sometimes hurt others

By ridiculing them

God Almighty glorifies us from ridicule of others

Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): "O ye who believe!

May they be better than them, and do not touch yourselves, nor do you wear titles

As the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) warned us

Of lying in joking and caressing

And when you laugh at others

He said peace be upon him and peace: Woe to those who happen to lie: to laugh by the people Woe to him Woe to him
